Lucky Palms hadn't always been a desert, no! before the river and then the lakes dried up it was a lush

and fairly exclusive town, where the rich and famous liked to spend their spring vacations.. So when

Harold Eugene Gregory Flashman inherited a property in Lucky Palms, he imagined some huge glossy

mansion, sadly for him the reality was an old run down turn of the last century Spanish colonial styled

town house. Undeterred Harry saw the potential and applied for a gaming licence, with a vision for a

new Sim Vagas in his sights..

This lot comprises a Dance club on the ground floor, bar and slot machines on the first floor with gaming

tables and a buffet restaurant on the second floor..

Thanks ya'll   :veryhappy:  it is quite a good place to go on a date, whether it's to wine and dine get jiggy or just

splash some cash, the simmies in my hood seem to like it a lot..
