Phoenix Prudence, finely got the insurance money for his wife's death, and immediately demolished

the ugly death trap, the family had been living in and replaced it with this modern cosy bungalow..

It has a large living room and an equally large eat in kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms..

The garden is large with a pool and relaxation/entertaining deck, there is also a smaller private deck

off the master bedroom.. There is plenty of room for expansion out back or even a large veg plot..

This is a great house and I love the story.  It must be a time for story telling cause I working on one also.   :giggle:
But really, I just love the layout of your house it is perfect. :love:
