Base Game Family Home

Lot size 30X20  ..  Cost furnished 69,906  Unfurnished 38,819


Here is a family home using just the Base Game, it has 3 bedrooms and 1 family bathroom,

a good sized living room and a large eat in kitchen, with a small area for washing machines or a

pet bed.. The gardens are laid mainly to lawn with some shrubs, and a fully stocked veg garden..

Lovely! I did a base game home a while back, it's a bit easier thanks to patch additions but still a challenge! Nice work Susie x
